Bookings & Quotes
A booking is a request until the service, schedule, vehicle and price are confirmed. Customers must provide accurate pickup, destination, item, access, floor, stair and lift information. Final charges can change if actual job conditions differ materially from the information supplied.
Payment
Services that require direct payment may need to be paid before or during booking. HiAce rental customers should follow the booking and payment instructions shown for the rental service. If a paid booking cannot be fulfilled because of availability or safety, the applicable refund policy will apply.
Restricted Items
Weapons, illegal goods, explosives, hazardous chemicals and other prohibited or unsafe items are not accepted. Customers must disclose any unusual risk or sensitive item before the service begins.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for accurate information, access, contact details and required permissions. Valuable or fragile belongings should be appropriately packed and accompanied by clear handling instructions.
